      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities for personal and professional development - Transparency from the CEO about the company's performance - Excellent compensation and bonus structure - Time off only rolls over up to 5 days, so you are really encouraged to take most of your PTO - Enjoyable office environment, many places to get work done besides your desk

      Cons

      - Still working out a few growing pains, there are some people in this organization who are resistant to change - Not enough IT resources to go around
