      Pros

      Great set up for field personel. paid well and very unmicro managed until the last year. I traveled a lot and they were only interested in results until the last couple of years when they were more interested in process than results. I was a top sales performer

      Pros

      Nice amenities - free gym, parking, nice looking campus Some great managers New managers receive training Ability to work in multiple areas.

      Cons

      Women and minorities tend to be treated like outsiders by middle/upper management. Additionally, they tend to receive poor treatment from white male millennials. White males tend to advance at a faster pace even if they are less qualified Poor performing staff is kept at the expense of other employees.
