      colleagues of mine are great to work with

      Bureaucracy, managers can't make a decision to save their life, no support from some management, layoffs right now hurting morale, too much work for not enough people and they don't care. It's about putting bigger bonuses in the higher ups pockets.

      The cafeteria has good selections.

      Cons

      Senior and middle management is exceptionally poor, with conflicting priorities and minimal communication among them. Basically a "blame avoidance" culture, with leadership filled with people who sat in one spot long enough.
