Pros

Current CEO see employees as asset to company and trying to change culture, employees are highly engaged to serve credit unions and dedicated to community service, high regard for credit unions and its customers; people like to have fun; long tenured employees.

Cons

No real protection for employees with bad managers; lack of management accountability above first line manager ranks; risk adverse environment; hard to make changes quickly; lack of direct communication--"Midwest nice", people seem to find it difficult to speak directly with each other or their managers at every level if there is a problem or concern-a lot of talking behind backs/smiling in your face; too much favoritism and nepotism; HR not holding self accountable but holding others accountable

Pros

Overall benefits are good! People are great! Company invests in employees' development and growth and gives back in community. Many training and development opportunities. Great corporate cultures! Great work and life balance.

Cons

Cannot think of anything bad. Maybe sometimes your experience really depends on if you have a good manager. Also it would be nice if the salary is a bit higher.

Pros

Great pay, and the buildings offer flexible working locations

Cons

Very large company and you won't get to work on other subjects that interest you, only what you are hired for. Management may have fallen into their roles without being the most qualified.
