Pros
Great people, very friendly and professional. The intern program offered multiple volunteer opportunities and I was mentored by the most patient and caring people. CUNA has various amenities such as a cafeteria, gym, and a sunny atrium. I learned so much over one summer!
Cons
Being that it's such a large company, mistakes are easily made because a lack of communication or understanding of parts of the company. On one side there may be another department doing the same exact project that you're doing and you may not even know it.
