Pros

They pay for licensing testing and state licenses.

Cons

If you use sick time it’s held against you. Management does not view union represented workers favorably. After contracts granted raise I was let go 10 days before my probationary period ended for not carrying a full load when my last review said I was at the load I was expected to be at.
