      - Competitive pay (CMG is actively trying to recruit the best talent in the country so the pay and bonus structure match this endeavor) - Forward thinking org - plans are coming together to position the company to be much more dynamic in the FinTech industry going forward. - Great co-workers, and wonderful management (not just my own team, but other teams I work with regularly are also fantastic) - Opportunities for professional development (management wants us to dedicate time to working on our skills to grow as much as possible) - Taking PTO is encouraged, along with taking care of yourself and family before work priorities. - Can work from basically from anywhere you please
