It was good until the last couple of years. Management seems to flourish off fear right now.

Pros

Pay is good. Good benefits. Can really seem to find anything else right now that pays me this much to work from home.

Cons

Management seems to be filled with sticklers that only want to cover their own tails. My 1:1s are a joke with my boss. My boss claims transparency but I get the exact opposite from him.
