Inclusive. Remote roles. Flexible schedule. Friendly coworkers. Company-provided equipment. Decent pay. Room for growth.

Cons

Toxic and/or unqualified employees are often not held accountable and/or kept in their role at company for far too long. Lack of acceptable training made available to underqualified employees. Lack of consistency when it comes to company culture and values.
