We treat each other like we want to be treated. The leadership is caring and very involved. My manager is supportive and always available to me.

Would like the option to work remotely from time to time.

This is not a career job. The staff has to persuade people to work here. You pay for your work uniforms.

You do get a pay check but that is all.

Cons

Low pay and terrible benefits. Using a 1980s computer system to run their company software. Received a thanksgiving turkey that shriveled up to the size of a Sam's club rotisserie chicken.

Pros

Great people overall. Good bones in the company for being really good at what they do. New folks that are joining are adding significantly to the direction of the company. If you want to contribute to make a difference and have input this is the company where you need to sign up. Leadership understands everything happens at the street level in the stores and their first priority is ensuring everything they need that can be accomplished is. I reviewed some of the other reviews and you can’t do anything with a bad apple employee but wish him well and move along.

Cons

The information system is a dinosaur. The only thing it can do is create an invoice. Which makes finance and the stores work harder.
