This company values growth and opportunities to all their employers. It is a fast growing company and a hidden gem in the Memphis area.

Cons

Some of their methods of business are very traditional and obtaining young talent could be a challenge for them. In all regards, the opportunities are great.

frustrating procedures and an ancient program do not make happy employees and customers

Pros

vendor buying power better than before TruckPro bought us over a year ago. The expansion may be good if they can get a handle on it.

Cons

The ancient computer program creates more work than the other programs we've dealt with. Our company was bought by Truckpro. We Cannot be as productive as before. Customers have to wait in longer lines and wait on phone for help - half hour or more. People hang up waiting too long. Employees feel overwhelmed by the excessive procedures that take away time to actually sell parts to our customers. Pay scale is not encouraging those with experience and know how to stay. The trucking industry is short on experience.
