Apparently stagnant wages year after year for store employees. Accounting employee at store getting paid same as delivery drivers after 6 years.

Some very nice people that work in mid to lower management.

Cons

Private equity owned so very short term focused. Health plan is self funded so there is a higher cost and very lean on benefits. Outdated technology/systems, merit increase process is not annual and based on board approval, comp on the lower end compared to similar companies, lack of focus on career growth, High turnover in many departments including product management, leadership at the top isn’t focused on internal talent development.
