Pros
- diversity: people from three offices (Austin, mountain view and Moscow) working together to bring a great product to the trucking industry - cool product: that's the primary reason i joined. Being a part of #1 products for truckers is a big honor - learning: a lot of opportunities to learn new things and become more professional as the management appreciates proactive people - fun: we have team events every other week, recently we went to the seaside all together or watched Derek Zoolander in the office
Cons
- difficulty working with different time zones - you have to be online most of the day - Unestablished feedback culture - people just don't tell you what they like or dislike
