Pros
Awesome staff, comfortable uniforms, semi-flexible schedule, doesn't feel too corporate but still had rules to make a well running restaurant.
Cons
Sometimes scheduling was tricky, worked in Caliifornia where it was basically not allowed to work over an allotted amount of hours, and workarounds around mandatory breaks made shifts difficult sometimes.
