Pros

The people are so talented and care about one another just as much as they care about our mission and the customers that we serve. Leadership is top notch, approachable (very non-hierarchal structure), and give you opportunities to learn and grow. Everyone works really hard but are also encouraged to take time off to care for themselves. All around, this is the best company I've ever worked for (and one that'll be hard to beat in the future)!

Cons

Hard to think of any. Some of the "cool" perks that startups might offer are missing (like gym stipends or pet insurance) but it doesn't really matter if you don't care about those things.
