Pros

Great mission! Protecting people from scammers and giving some autonomy for people to purchase things for themselves.

Cons

Working during covid is hard for any company, but they do a great job creating an inclusive culture and working towards helping those in need.

Flexible schedules. Training and development opportunities for those who seek it out. Free lunch. Open and inclusive community of colleagues. A chance to acknowledge teammates at all hands meetings. Gifts for work anniversaries. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Management wants to be transparent, but struggles in putting it into action. Questionable decision-making on the part of senior management for certain hires. Some loss of culture throughout high growth period. Seemed to have misjudged their true capacity for growth.
