Pros

The list grows smaller but the year.

Cons

Let's people do what they want because they can't hold on to employees. They have taken away incentives for employees.

Pros

40 hour work weeks never overtime.

Cons

Not really any pay incentives after first year. Benefits are crap. PTO is good but you jump through hoops to use it.

Pros

Subsidized meals, good cafe, lots of food/drink options, good pay, 401k, Health Savings Account, convenient location right off the highway, you might learn a lot. The people you work with are friendly, and your coworkers will joke about the poor HR policies and how out of touch higher-ups can be; you're not totally isolated. However, they are late on a lot of things. Sometimes you can sort of feel like you are back in elementary school with such strict HR policies. BUT if you love the people you work with, love what you do here, you won't really feel the wrath of those negatives. This is a great place to get some experience!!

Cons

1. Employees are not allowed to be on phones, and thus, are not given a Wi-Fi connection: which doesn’t stop anyone from doing things on their phone; I just went out and bought unlimited data. 2. Strict dress code and rules surrounding hair color/tattoos which does nothing for performance and being uncomfortable (esp. in extreme temperatures) makes it hard to be productive. I’m talking no tennis shoes, no shoes that RESEMBLE tennis shoes, no Capri-pants, no leggings, no colored hair, no tattoos showing, etc... The majority of employees do not ever see or speak to customers! If you want your employees to be creative and productive, let them AT LEAST express their personalities. 3. The majority of the employees are “good old boys”: self-explanatory. Google the definition and it describes the culture here. 4. Having to put in requests to use your PTO, and to come in early in order to leave early. Every move you make must be “approved”. Hard environment to be motivated in. 6. Lack of diversity, you may be hiring more minorities, but are you fostering an environment for them to be heard? 7. There is no consequence for poor behavior, and no real/desired reward for good work ethic, therefore no motivation.
