Benefits and pay are very competitive

Cons

Unstable work environment, very poorly managed, people are treated like tools and not humans. They work 4 10's but since switching to that a couple of years ago they've added a whole lot more mandatory overtime.

Great work environment! People are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Bonuses are a joke unless you are a manager. Nepotism runs rampant but leaders turn their eye to it.
