Disappointed in many of their policies and treatment of employees.

Great benefits, evenings off, weekends off, vacations, sick time, paid holidays, savings program, other financial incentives.

Cons

A lot of the policies are inconsistant among employees, there are a lot of grey areas depending on supervisors, attendance policy is VERY strict and without leniency, extreme heat (in summer)

I can’t think of one pro.

Cons

Management is disorganized, lacks transparency, and consistently fails to support employees. Leadership is more focused on control than collaboration, creating a culture of fear and micromanagement rather than trust and growth. The work environment is toxic, with constant turnover, and little regard for employee well-being. Communication is poor, and decisions are made without input or explanation, leaving staff feeling undervalued and disconnected. Compensation is well below industry standards, and there are no opportunities for advancement or professional development. Hard work and dedication are rarely acknowledged, which only adds to the low morale across teams. Bottom line: This company does not invest in its people, and it shows. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a healthy workplace or long-term career growth.

True offers many opportunities for growth through internal promotions. We are very proud of the longevity of our team members and the careers that they make at our company. New opportunities are communicated each week and are available for employees to review through our internal system. We continually review our benefits and compensation to remain competitive within the market. Additionally, our human resources department is very receptive to feedback and encourages employees to share any concerns with us.

Cafe, nice clean building friendly people

Cons

Not allowed to go outside except on lunch breaks, can't look at your phone for any reason, while training for 3 months you can't use PTO that you're given the day you start or it's held against you.
