Flexible with trying to get time off.

Cons

You only get a set amount of time off for the year and it is based on how long you have worked there. Benefits and time off don't kick in for six months from your start date

Really there are no pros to the Job only the paycheck every Friday and make sure to take advantage of the HSA account

Cons

Horrible attendance policy only can call off 4 days. If you go over the 4 days you will be fired

True does offer Paid Time Off and other flexibility options for emergency situations. Additionally, our human resources department is very receptive to feedback and encourages employees to share any concerns with us.
