Pros

Location is good for me. Cafeteria is convenient.

Cons

True is not competitive with other companies. The minimal PTO does not allow for good work life balance. The holidays are minimal and not paid for the first 90 days. The wait for benefits is nothing I’ve seen in 25 years. Insurance is expensive to employees with limited options. The dress code is unnecessarily stuffy and outdated. Too much micromanagement. Minimal flexibility in coming and going.

True is proud to be the industry leader in commercial refrigeration, and it takes professionalism on all levels to be as successful as True is. We do expect our team members to present themselves in a professional manner and to be at work on time. True offers paid time off and understands work / life balance is very important. Over the past few years, we have increased our flexibility options to allow team members to make adjustments to their schedules when needed and we continue to review our benefits and compensation to remain competitive in the market.

A great company, great culture, and atmosphere. Many take pride in the morale of the company and care for each other

I would say the con was our scheduling availability, other than that a great company to work for.
