Cons

Haven't found any Cons with the company. It's loud a lot of the time and the buildings get quite hot in the summer but they try to reduce those effects as much as they can.

Pros

Very strict which I love. Great boss. Love that I get to deal with everyone from Upper management all the way to the shop floor. Steve Trulaske is one of us, he is down to earth and will stop and talk to anyone. Great to see a man of that statue still get down and dirty with his employees.

Cons

Negative nanny people dragging the place down (very bad), I would say only about 5 percent but these people are knowingly doing things they should be fired for. Get these people out of here so we can CONTINUE to make true a great place to work.

Weekly paycheck decent benefits 3sift too choose from management is ok you will learn a lot about sheet metal get to operate a lot of different machinery

No cons its a job it is wht you make the ppl i work with are cool they help me out when I started.
