Pros

True offers set hours with great pay, great Benefits, Opportunity for advancement, and great Work-Live Balance Flexibility. Benefits include 1. PTO (lots to start, more with each year), 2. Health, Dental, and Eye Insurance 3. Company Savings Program 4. Cafe and Cafeteria (Cafe is awesome) 5. 401K Retirement Match Contributions 6. Large X-Mas Bonus Opportunities 7. Set 40 hours a Week Schedule with Flexibility 8. Great Corporate Professiona, Clean Enviroment 9. Top of the Line Equipment and Software 10. Dedicated Professional Management Team to help Employees with Continued Education and Employment Advancement. On the Flexibility of Hours...For example if your hours are 8-4:30 M-F, you have the option to Flex your time to 7:00-3:30 on any given day to make time for a late appointment. Even better, if you have to leave and return you have the option to make up your time between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. I will add that True is a privately owned company with the CEO and Owner Steve Trulaske working directly with the different teams. I personally have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He has been so kind and professional to work with on a personal level and cares deeply about the companies success and the individual employees success. He is first class all the way.

Cons

You are required to work because this is a competitive industry, and a success driven environment, you will be challenged to do you best, you will be encouraged to succeed and become a better employee tomorrow then you are today. If you want to get paid to play on your phone all day, this is not the right place for you! If you want to make a difference and really achieve something, this is the environment for you.

Horrible Company Culture

Pros

You learn to appreciate good companies because almost all companies are better to work for than this one. Take what you learn and move on, you will be very glad when you do.

Cons

You’re either in or you are out with this company. They have the typical racist mentality when it comes to leadership in the factory and office. Their staff do not match their clients and it’s a shame. It’s 2018, it’s time to think about diversity and inclusion in your staff and especially management. Everyone is afraid of HR and rightfully so, the worse department in the company. Not what HR should be at this point, instead of finding the balance between being the employer and employee advocate they are plotting on employees and finding any reason to get rid of someone. The company could have the potential of being a good employer, but treats their employees like crap and won’t get up to standards. The culture has got to change because after all the tenured employees leave, it will be a revolving door (which it already is).

Pros

$12 -13 starting pay, benefits after 6 months of employment

Cons

No attendance policy so if you call in they will fire you. No air conditioning and once the electricity went out, so the fans quit working, and they still made us work in 100+ temperatures. They will force you to do overtime, if not, your fired. They moved me from a job I was good at to somewhere I wasn't and fired me for it instead of moving me back. Employees worked off the clock in fear that they would not make their quota. I tried to switch my hours and was denied. I tried to switch my position back to where I was productive and was denied. Management will pull you aside and scold you in front of all the other workers several times a day if you are not making your quota. Management tried to get me to sign a paper that said "voluntary termination" on it. After I was fired it took about a month for me to get my last paycheck, after a few phone calls and a visit to the office. I feel so bad for the people that work there, its an unethical and a very corrupt company.
