Pros

Not very many. Worked weekends so off during the week.

Cons

12 hour shifts, not flexible, took all perks away, breaks/lunches are a joke. In 12 hours you only get two 10 min breaks and 30 min lunch break.

True Manufacturing Response

Thank you for your review. Structure is important to True as it takes everyone being at work and collaborating to accomplish great things. True does offer Paid Time Off and other flexibility options for emergency situations.

Pros

Good immediate Supervisors that were dedicated. Well chosen. They had very good leadership skills as well.

Cons

Terrible next level management. Promoted people that were totally unqualified. When he asked the 3 immediate supervisors of the promoted persons qualifications and personality he was told in clear words that he should not promote that person for almost every reason possible. He didn't follow the companies policy. It was a very demoralizing event.
