Thank you for the review. True cares very much for their employees and provides many outlets for team members to share concerns. Although the factories are not temperature controlled in the summer time, we do allow team members to bring in personal coolers to store their water bottles in addition there are many water fountains throughout the facility. On days that there is a heat advisory we provide electrolyte drinks to keep team members hydrated.

Cons

Only allowed up to two days of non scheduled time before you have a chance to move up in the company. And only allowed up to 4 non scheduled days till you are fired.

Thank you for your review. Structure is important to True as it takes everyone being at work and collaborating to accomplish great things. True does offer Paid Time Off and other flexibility options for emergency situations.

Thank you for your review. On days that there is a heat advisory we provide electrolyte drinks to keep team members hydrated. Like many other companies, we were forced to make some very tough decisions due to COVID-19. Fortunately, we have been able to reinstate many of the team members that were impacted during this time.
