Pros

Pay is great. Workload is decent but there is down time. Flex hours are getting better. 401k is decent with a match. Dental and Vision insurance is great.

Cons

Office dress code is still strict. No polo shirts, no jeans or tennis shoes. The health insurance is a very high deductible HSA plan that is absolutely worthless. Still stuck with set hours and no time flexing (can't work a short day and make up the time throughout the week). No remote work at all even though this is proven to improve morale and increase production.

True is proud to be the industry leader in commercial refrigeration, and it takes professionalism on all levels to be as successful as True is. We do expect our team members to present themselves in a professional manner, to be at work on time and to work onsite in our collaborative team environment. True offers paid time off and understands work / life balance is very important. Over the past few years, we have increased our flexibility options to allow team members to make adjustments to their schedules, when needed. We continually review our pay and benefits to remain competitive with other employers.

They do not care about the treatment of the female employees. Males can say or do anything thet want and nothing happens.

Benefits and pay are very competitive

Cons

Unstable work environment, very poorly managed, people are treated like tools and not humans. They work 4 10's but since switching to that a couple of years ago they've added a whole lot more mandatory overtime.
