Pros

Good out look on work lots of good old boys running shifts that worked up from the bottom. Its hard work and usually they listen to reason. Have a good idea tell the right person and soon enough you'll see it used to improve the day to day. Have a solution to a problem if you can get to the right department yourself yoy will find them willing to listen and improve.

Cons

The lack of communication between departments and even within them causes mass confusion un safe work practices and lost production time. Saftey first quality second production third. Accept when it suits them other wise . The attendance policy is insane absences stay on your record for ever so heaven forbid you have kids or get sick. And dont do anything your told over the phone because if it suits them to forget what they said they will. And if you are sent home from work by managment for any reason that will be counted aginst you as well.

Health Insurance is horrible, only offer HSA's with high out of pocket. No paid time off until 6 months. You are given 2 unpaid day's for the first 6 months, even though you may only need to take an hour off your scheduled shift, they count it as a full day. You are given 2 breaks, each 10 minutes with a bell at 9 minute mark and a 30 minute lunch, with a bell at 27 minutes. You are not eligible for a bonus until you've been there 3 years! The HR department doesn't follow through with commitments. Proper safety/osha equipment isn't supplied in a timely manner. Recently was informed that we would be required to work Christmas week, and that we would be given 2 day's of unpaid time to make up for the short notice, yeah ok! Have recently had several benefits taken away.

True is proud to be the industry leader in commercial refrigeration, it takes professionalism on all levels to be as successful as we are. We expect our team members to be at work on time and here every day. We are continually benchmarking our wages and benefits and are proud to be competitive in both areas.

Pros

Steady pay supervisor got me what I needed to do my job plus my supervisor was a good worker that got in there and hands on to help out.

Cons

Supervisors and department leads are very work brittle not all but most.The good workers get overloaded with work while the slackers gets extra help .The only way to advance at this company is to kiss up.There is no accountability for mistakes they just get shoved off on someone else to straighten out the mess.The quality of these coolers needs addressed or they will keep losing to the competition.Over all an average place to work not really bad not great.One of the worse things is the mandatory overtime imposed on the employees without no concern rather they have vacations planned or not.

Thank you for your review. We are continually reviewing our wages and benefits and making great improvements where necessary. We were happy to announce a production wide wage increase the takes effect this December. In addition, team members are eligible for merit increases based off of their overall performance.
