You learn to appreciate good companies because almost all companies are better to work for than this one. Take what you learn and move on, you will be very glad when you do.

Cons

You’re either in or you are out with this company. They have the typical racist mentality when it comes to leadership in the factory and office. Their staff do not match their clients and it’s a shame. It’s 2018, it’s time to think about diversity and inclusion in your staff and especially management. Everyone is afraid of HR and rightfully so, the worse department in the company. Not what HR should be at this point, instead of finding the balance between being the employer and employee advocate they are plotting on employees and finding any reason to get rid of someone. The company could have the potential of being a good employer, but treats their employees like crap and won’t get up to standards. The culture has got to change because after all the tenured employees leave, it will be a revolving door (which it already is).

The pay was great, but then again i was working nights. The people are honestly really cool, it's a seriously laid back environment especially at night. The work wasn't backbreaking and your bathroom breaks weren't policed

Cons

The management was kinda strange. I had no idea what to expect from people, and they're non-union, so just keep your head down and your mouth shut at first and take your social cues from the other workers and you should be fine.
