Pros

The company provides very competitive wages, excellent benefits and a very realistic possibility for advancement. There is a very positive vibe in all the facilities and it seems like everyone is working towards the same goal.

Cons

None come to mind, glad to be part of this company and the direction its heading in. You can clearly tell the company is investing in its future and has a good strong foundation to be the leader in the field for years to come.

Don't work third, they tell you make more than you actually do!

We are disappointed to hear that you feel you were somehow misled about 3rd shift. Our 3rd shift pay rate is $16.00/hour for 35 hours per week as advertised. One of the perks of working third shift is 5 extra hours of free time per week while still being able to enjoy the benefits of a full-time employee. We hope that was explained clearly in the interview. Thanks for being a part of our team!

Great people, great benefits, location is nice, state of the art equipment, room for advancement, and the best commercial refrigeration products in the world!

Better work-life balance with a little more of a flexible schedule.
