Great People, Great Leadership, A Bit Strict

Everyone I met at True Manufacturing was professional, helpful, and extremely kind. As a Co-Op, I didn't know the ins and outs of the Instructional Design industry, but got a lot of help from management. I was even given the opportunity to try some new approaches that I thought would be helpful, rather than just being told exactly what to do. Their Co-Op program is fantastic; I truly felt a part of the team.

Cons

A little strict. If you're seen with your phone out, you can immediately get in trouble, which is a little strange in the time we're in, but I suppose you know what you're signing up for when you go to work there.

Honestly nothing since they’re taking all of our bonuses away, making us work mandatory Friday’s when they told us we would have them off, raising our insurance

Cons

They really don’t treat their employees like people.
