Thank you for your review. The Co-Op Program is important to True, we value giving students real world projects and experiences to help them grow as well as make a difference in our company. Thank you for the work that you did during you time at True.

Pros

Energy and attitude of team members on the floor was positive and easy to interact with, really good experience for people who want to learn how to design a table

Cons

not always a consistent amount of work, and a lot of work doesn't take an engineering degree, like designing tables and racks to assist workers. Management often don't care to get to know Co-ops and a lot of office workers look down on co-ops and write off their work.

Thank you for your feedback. The Co-op program is very important to True. If you are having concerns about the type of work you are doing or your colleagues, we encourage you to speak to your manager or your dedicated HR Representative to work through these concerns.

Pros

Great people, decent management, decent work enviroment

Cons

Starting at the beginning of the year, they have decided to switch to 10 hour shifts. First shift doesn't lose anything and gains the most. 2nd shift gets shafted by having to switch to overnights which contrary to what the company believes is NOT what anyone wants.

We appreciate your feedback. For many years we received countless suggestions from team members that they would like to go to a 4 day/10-hour week and believe this strategy will work well for the operations of our business. True is happy to be able to grant this request. We still have many schedule options and are happy to discuss your individual concern you can speak with a HR Representative or call the HR office directly at 636-240-2401.
