Absolutely NO work-life balance

The location is convenient for the majority of the employees. Amazing cafeteria and clean environment.

Cons

There is no work-life balance! For a family owned company this is embarrassing! True is not the place to work if you would like to enjoy your time with your family. LIMITED paid time off and no flexibility. Benefits are continually being cut. Upper management is overpaid, which is why they do not try making any changes. They lead the owner to believe that employees are satisfied with the rigid culture. Special exceptions are also made in policies for upper management.

Pros

This is a highly successful manufacturing company! This company has grown significantly over the last 20 years and there have been some bumps in the road. Great people and opportunities abound at True. Not as bad as it reads on here. They are trying to change things and maybe could be faster at it. Still a good company.

Cons

Can be lots more flexible and treat employees with some respect.

-No music or anything in the factory to help with boredom -Little effort shown when dealing with employees
