      Pros

      True North Recovery has one of the best benefits packages I have ever seen for a Non-Profit. They not only pour into the clients but also their employees. The onboarding processes is informative, and the staff are helpful. True North Recovery is consistently growing and expanding their service areas which means there is always growth for current and new staff.

      Pros

      I get to work with the best group of people I've ever met. This company has a heart and passion for the Recovery Community. The atmosphere and working environment is unlike any I've ever worked in. I get paid to do something I'm passionate about and to work with all my friends who share in our mission to help others in need. Leadership is constantly growing and striving to be the best in our field. I go home at night with a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction. I actually look forward to going to work every day. There's always something new and exciting going on. I have found my forever job/career and never want to work anywhere else again.

      great pay and benefits, lots of room for growth. hardworking and dedicated team around me, exciting organizational growth. TNR really cares about its client and its staff.
