Pros

- leadership encourages growth, cross-training, and listens to employee feedback (no, really!) - amazing team structures teeming with talented individuals who leave the ego at home - competitive pay, growing benefits - an athletic and service engagement kinda culture

Cons

- co-working space is always little distracting or overcrowded, but they're moving to the Leather District soon, so hopefully that'll change - unlike other startups I've worked for, they do actually track vacation hours and accruals.

Pros

Censio is a great environment to achieve and learn in. People are friendly, hard-working, and conscientious. The work is interesting, and there is a genuine ability to grow your career while maintaining a positive work/life balance. Perks are considerable, the money is good, and the social mission that we are on brings everyone together and pushes us to do more. Even though we have only been around for a short time it feels like a mature start-up environment we also have some great investors, General Catalyst, Bain and Lakstar.

Cons

No downsides to mention, it really is a great place to work.
