All companies have issues, but this employer truly focuses on making sure opportunities are available for individuals to establish a long term employment status. They have successfully grown over the past 20 years and continue to grow. They are very understanding and flexible regarding scheduling. This company has very skilled resources and continually tries to develop their workforce to remain competitive. Not a bad work atmosphere and communication at all levels is easy to accomplish.
