Pros

Very flexible, values work-life balance, values family, competitive pay, full-time remote ability, and decent overall culture. Also, potential to work on many different types of products and industries.

Cons

Potential to "get stuck" on a long-term product contract which may not be ideal for some. Flat structure may make some feel there's no position "growth" with the company.

Pros

Good work life balance. Health benefits are great. Fun building. Typical quirky, tech-company culture. Some of the best and brightest co-workers--capable, committed, and caring. Management doesn't micro-manage and is flexible with employees who need to work remotely sometimes, or put in extra hours to free up a day. As long as you get your work done, and done well, they're content. Reasonable opportunities to move your career in the direction you want if you're proactive.

Cons

Compensation is below average, but there have been some improvements recently. Management does care, but often fails to express it.

The caliber of co-workers is unbelievably high Work is exciting and challenging Lots of opportunity to contribute to company direction and growth Lots of potential in current company direction, bright future

Cons

Growth and change are painful, and Truefit is still going through these Compensation is ok, but at the lower end of industry average
