Work is done on a contract basis, which lends to working on many different project types and technologies Coworkers are all helpful, friendly, and highly-capable Management truly cares about your growth, education, and well-being

Cons

Contract style isn't for everyone

Pros

Good work life balance. Health benefits are great. Fun building. Typical quirky, tech-company culture. Some of the best and brightest co-workers--capable, committed, and caring. Management doesn't micro-manage and is flexible with employees who need to work remotely sometimes, or put in extra hours to free up a day. As long as you get your work done, and done well, they're content. Reasonable opportunities to move your career in the direction you want if you're proactive.

Cons

Compensation is below average, but there have been some improvements recently. Management does care, but often fails to express it.

Company activities, technology stack, flexibility.

Cons

There are many 'clicks' that separate the employees. Lack of cohesion among employees. Lack of career advancement.
