      The only good is that it is wfh until you get laid off

      Cons

      Total turmoil...CEO has been replaced 3 times. They will not be around much longer. Their reputation is catching up with them.

      Not many pros to the company except remote work.

      They over hired and had to let go of a lot of their employees. The company isn't doing as good as they say.

      Pros

      There are some employees who are really great and try to make the best of working at Truepill.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and direction. Several leaders reporting into the President of the company are poor leaders at best, and destructive at worst. So many layoffs. A few big groups of layoffs and then many smaller team-targeted layoffs that they try to just sweep under the rug and not acknowledge.
