      Sounds great at first but just what for the rough time ahead

      Pros

      Your co-workers care and work their tail ends off.

      Cons

      With inexperienced management, you can go from hero to zero in 1 week. The hours expected and the insane expectations ( I worked 60-80 hour weeks for low pay compared to the output. The leadership and senior leadership's impossible expectations lead everyone to burn out. Get an assignment at 7 pm and wants an hours-long (7) project done by 8 am. When they lay you off, you get a TEXT from the director to check your personal email, no call from leadership or HR and they misrepresent benefits at the time of separation.

      Looking for a job

      Pros

      - Decent pay, unlimited PTO - Quality talent across the org (or used to); my team runs lean which helps with visibility and greater responsibility

      Cons

      - Layoffs every (or every other) month, with a new strategy and vision for the company every time - I don't think CEO / Management is being dishonest (which is a good thing), but genuinely clueless, which leads to lack of job security and clear view of where the company is heading

      Great Pharmacy Staff, Horrible Company

      Pros

      Got pharmacy tech experience without the need for a license. The skilled gained definitely opened doors. I enjoyed the work & the coworkers were nice people. The pay rate was reasonable but not a living wage.

      Cons

      I was hired as a CSA but worked more in supporting the pharmacy with data entry, filling, and packing than in my own role. Horrible Management The billion-dollar company cries broke all the time so don't ask for an increase or trust that you will get promoted because it will never happen unless you're kissing the right a**.
