      Amazing colleagues. Smart yet down to earth culture. Opportunities to learn and grow in your career. Excellent work life balance with unlimited PTO. Great healthcare benefits. 100% remote workforce.

      Executive grew the company too quickly and didn't have a clear path to profitability or where the company was going.

      Great people, great mission - lacking focus

      Pros

      - The work being done is extremely worthwhile and everyone at the company really appreciates the importance of the mission. - Very collaborative. Employees at Truepill are great at working together as a team to drive success - Filled with the smartest people I've ever worked with

      Cons

      - Beholden to clients in a way that goals are constantly changing and lacking focus - No clear vision on what differentiates us from others in the space - Some clients create a toxic environment - Lack of company culture, due to teams being very siloed when not on projects together
