      Incompetent leadership

      Pros

      Ability to work remote with a goal of making patients lives better (ultimately not true).

      Cons

      - Pay - when I signed, I was told there would be annual cash bonuses upwards of $20k. This disappeared quickly. - Leadership - Sid has found a way to run this ship into the ground by taking over and trying to be a “product” company. Ultimately this resulted in massive cash burn, 75%+ of the company being laid of and no clear vision. Oh, and massively diluted equity. - Finance / accounting - yikes, they made everything difficult. - Product/operations — struggling HARD to keep up with demand. Minimal automation when that should have been where all the investment went. - Contract with customers - Truepill is underwater on 90% of their contracts based on just trying to acquire customers. Ie Optum and Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs. They’ll do anything for a logo Avoid this sinking ship.

      Loved the environment, but no job security. Not worth it.

      Pros

      Great environment. I absolutely adored my team. The pay was good for what we were doing on a daily basis & they included kudos to go out to all agents to boost morale within the company.

      Cons

      Little to no pay increase or growth opportunity. There is a major lack in communication across the entire platform. There would be drastic changes in standards that were not presented to the entirety of the people working there so we would be very lost with our work. Not to mention job security. There were multiple rounds of layoffs and you had anxiety everyday wondering if your next off the chopping list.

With market conditions changing and the space that we work in changing daily, we do require our team members to be incredibly nimble.       Start up company mass hired for a project

      Cons

      Mass hired for a stressful underplanned consulting project. Not wanting to pay workers fair consulting rate, once project took off fired across the board
