      Good pay, fully remote, great team

      Pros

      Truepill offers competitive compensation with the ability to work fully remote. Although the job is remote, you still feel a strong connection with teammates and work in a very collaborative environment. Finance organization works very closely with C-Suite and SVPs in day to day activities. You will get exposure to all aspects of the business and a ton of cross-functional business partnership.

      Cons

      Still operates as a start-up so you will need to be comfortable without dedicated swim lanes, dealing with ambiguity, and being a self starter.

      Difficult to stay motivated

      Dynamic. Ambitious. Flexible working. Wants to disrupt US health care.

      Cons

      Confusing strategy. Hire external candidates over internal people. Pay and benefits is really inconsistent. Great people just don’t stay. It’s a revolving door.

      Opportunity to solve meaningful problems Opportunity to make an impact, create, and build new processes/products/services Good pay Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Individualistic culture Extremely siloed, even within individual teams Lack of strategic direction, goals, or vision from leadership Wants to be everything to every customer and every market Some of those in senior leadership positions lack fundamental people leadership skills Encourages closing deals at all costs
