Terrible mismanagement that lead to huge layoffs

My team was incredible and supportive, learned a ton and grew skill set

Cons

Senior leadership needs to actually take the time to listen to their employees. Work life balance for many teams is terrible with very poor perks compared to practically all other unicorn startups. How can you say you are trying to build the future of healthcare when you barely take care of your own employees? It feels as though our massive growth the past two years was all for optics, because now 15% of the company has lost their jobs.

Great management Flexible hours Great team Everyone is very nice Unlimited PTO 95k salary Benefits are great 401k

Cons

Over hire Not inclusive on giving work/projects to new employees so you’ll find yourself having zero work or it’s just given to the employees that have been there longer. Startup company red flags. Blind sided by lay off but kind of saw it coming. There was a massive lay off in April 2022 and now June 2022. Just no job stability in this company.
