It's a startup so there's always something new and different and exciting

Cons

But because it is a startup, the financial future is uncertain and there had been many rounds of layoffs--most of them catching staff off-guard

Horrible Work Culture

You will get work experience and sub-par training.

Cons

At the time I was there, there was so much favoritism. A good analogy is: certain people got away with murder, and certain people got jailed for jaywalking. People that were doing data entry had to sit on wooden stools with no back support. And when it was brought up to management they looked at you as if you were ungrateful and lazy. I have PTSD because of that place, and I swear to God I will never ever allow myself to work for a company like this ever again.

The recruiting team is excellent at finding candidates that fit the culture of Truepill. Employees are energetic, friendly and focused.

Cons

Working remote can be difficult at times, no reflection on Truepill specifically, but it would be nice to have an opportunity to meet with coworkers face to face on occasion.
