Great concept, heavy investment by payors and insurers will likely lead to buy-out, market environment ripe for exploration unfortunately market has limited capacity in a saturated industry. Marketing & PR is their saving grace.
Cons
Organization fails internally: employee retention is dismal, missing customer deadlines, failing to staff appropriately for opportunities and its senior management are incapable of seeing the big picture because they are so transfixed by the sound of their voice because they create an echo-chamber. This is a business that should be built around patients, however patients are the worst causality of this organization. Human interaction is nearly devoid because the organization strives for efficiency through technology. At what cost!!! The patients pay, that is the uncomfortable truth.
