remote working colleagues are nice generally

Cons

lack of leadership lack of vision changing priorities (sometimes complete 180 in 6 weeks) lack of communication people are promoted to the level of their incompetence title inflation (directors all over the place) high churn lack of process insane, client driven deadlines no QA testing no validation testing business centric rather than human centric lack of communication between departments US toxic work culture forced on UK colleagues

Dynamic. Ambitious. Flexible working. Wants to disrupt US health care.

Cons

Confusing strategy. Hire external candidates over internal people. Pay and benefits is really inconsistent. Great people just don’t stay. It’s a revolving door.
