      Pros

      Very good concepts when it comes to the work and how it's done. Very straightforward work, easy to get the hang of and you don't have to deal with customers. Very friendly staff and most are easygoing and good to work with.

      Cons

      Management is very iffy. Many employee opinions aren't taken into considerations a lot of the time. Things seem to be improving, but when we are behind on work, the lack of organization and preparation really shows. The company tends to enforce mandatory overtime for months on end. It's happened a few times since I've worked there. It's something to take into consideration if you are not prepared to work 6+ days a week.
