Pros

- Easier than retail - No one looking over your shoulder as you work. - Company is growing

Cons

- Use to be a family-type atmosphere when I first started 2 yrs ago..now it is the complete opposite. - Seems like the only time management talks to us is when someone messes up. No words of encouragement or appreciation. - Company is growing rapidly, but last year's "raise" was a joke. - Decision making can be better... no going back and forth. - Rules need to be enforced much more consistently. - Morale is bad because people do not trust management, leads, the people that are in charge. They definitely play favorites and are not consistent. - Little to no communication from leadership. - Open 365 days a year, so more than likely the "essential workers" have to work majority of holidays.

Working on the cutting edge of pharmacy technology. No retail interaction at all. Pay rate reasonable for what we are doing compared to working at CVS.

Cons

Systems go down sometimes and we have to work real hard to catch up.
