      -good commission structure -laid back environment -potential to make a lot of money

      Cons

      -unimpressive management of the inside sales team -the top tier, best leads are distributed politically -25K base... enough said

      employee-friendly policies (e.g. generous vacation plans), smart and motivated team, great founding team, positive momentum, commitment to integrity and good business practices

      Cons

      some struggles with hiring and firing (especially in engineering), communication across teams isn't great, excellent work isn't consistently rewarded and poor work isn't consistently punished

      Pros

      Very open work climate: hierarchal structure almost seems non existent. VPs working next to interns, easy to communicate with anyone and everyone, and great team environment .
