Pros

Great atmosphere, wonderful people to work with, great hours, fun job overall, potential to make a lot of money if you work hard

Cons

Must make 80-100 calls a day, need to make a sale a day or they keep a good eye on you, can be difficult to meet quota, and if you don't meet it you don't get paid

Hi.. Thank you for your review. Thank you for the recognition of the great people, fun & $ potential. You're right, there is a lot of potential and those who work extra hard can achieve things they may never have thought possible. But, you're off a little, we do provide a healthy base salary that is over 40% of the total comp available (at quota), so even on rough months, folks are getting paid, but, our goal is certainly not to make the base salary the goal, we want people hitting much bigger $'s. Which is why we don't have a cap on the income a person can earn.. Great advice on the over-meeting approach and something we will work on improving. Again, thank you for taking the time to respond & best of luck in your future endeavors. Greg Bland

Pros

Working for Zillow Group has been a phenomenal experience. I've been helping real estate professionals grow their business for over a decade and the solutions we offer change peoples lives. The culture and work environment are top notch. You couldn't ask for a more positive, supportive environment, and the income opportunity is second to none.

Cons

I've worked a lot of places and there are no Cons. Great environment, great people, great income, great benefits.

Thank you for your response. Glad to hear you like our office and culture, it's certainly the people that make it great. While it can give the appearance of more desks, I think it adds to our “team” culture supported by no offices for anyone...even execs. However, I'm disappointed to hear your comment on low pay. Since most of our compensation is based on sales, I'm guessing you may have been struggling a bit. It might be too late now, but, but, would have enjoyed working with you and getting you some help to turn that around. We have a lot of very successful folks here that could've helped you. it's not easy, but its worth it and we're here to help. You can find me on the floor anytime (in a cubicle..smile) or email or call me at: gbland@zillow.com or 303.801.8126. Good luck! Greg Bland
